Payment & Insurance
Payment can be made via cash, credit, debit, HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flex Spending Account).
In Network Insurance
I am beginning to join some select insurance networks. So far I have accepted a contract with Optum / United Healthcare / Medica. I will bill these companies directly for our sessions. It is your resposibility to make sure that your specific policy within these companies covers my services, to know your coverage, and to know any financial obligations you have for sessions.
Out of Network Reimbursement Utilizing Insurance
There are some insurnace companies for which I do not hold a contract, meanig they are Out-of-Network insurance companies. I do not bill these companies nor do I communicate with them. Upon request, I am able to provide a receipt which you may submit to your insurance company to seek out of network reimbursement. If you are interested in seeking out of network reimbursement from your insurance company you will want to contact them with the questions noted below.
